Audits and menu engineering sprints usually start within two to three weeks. Full design projects depend on the drawing queue and typically begin within four to six weeks. If you are in genuine trouble, say so in the first line of your message and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you sooner.
Anything you already have. A floor plan or even a hand sketch with dimensions, a current menu, last quarter of sales by daypart, and a note on what has already been tried. None of it is required, but each piece cuts a week off the scoping stage.
Yes, gladly, and before you share anything sensitive. Send yours with the enquiry or ask for ours. Concepts, recipes, financials and site locations are treated as confidential from the first call whether or not paperwork is in place.
